Dalal & Shah is a privacy conscious
organisation and is strongly committed to your right to
privacy. Our privacy policy is aimed at following the
guidelines set by the Online Privacy Alliance and is
intended to be in accordance with international data
protection legislation.
Need for Information
We require and receives very little identifying
information from visitors to our website and only for a
limited purposes.
Typically, identifying information is collected:
- as registration data for certain areas of the
site
- to allow us to respond to visitors' inquiries
for further information
- when submitting resumes.
The visitors to the website may be required to register
in order to obtain a user-id and password for
authentication and secure access to a transaction or
certain business confidential or proprietary information

visitor responds to an online job application.

membership; physical or mental health; sexual life or
criminal record. We recommend that no sensitive

Alteration / Deletion to Information
It is our policy to provide reasonable and practical
access to visitors to allow them the opportunity to
identify and correct any inaccuracies in the information
submitted by them except such information that entitled
them to be come members like name, date of birth etc.
Information provided while submitting data in forms like
online job applications are consumed on submission and
are therefore not available for editing or deletion.

previously submitted to us through our website, or
requests to have inaccurate information corrected or

such corrections, deletions, additions to personal data

entities in the Firm for secondary or unrelated

As the activities of the company do not require
